Rates & Policies

💲 Rate: Starting at $150 for a standard cleaning (1-hour of service).

💳 Payment Process: Payment must be completed before confirmation.


⚠️ Cancellation Policy: At Borders & Beyond Cleaning Co., we understand that life happens and plans can change. To remain fair to both our clients and our cleaning team, please review our policies below:

1. Cancellations Made 12+ Hours Before Reservation:

  • You may cancel your reservation at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund.

2. Cancellations Made Less Than 12 Hours Before Reservation:

  • Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled start time will incur a 50% charge of the total booking amount.

3. Rescheduling:

  • You may reschedule your reservation once without penalty if done 8+ hours before the start time. Rescheduling within 8 hours or less will incur a $50 fee.

4. Extending Your Reservation:

  • Need extra time? Please contact us before your scheduled cleaning ends. Additional hours will be invoiced separately and must be paid before the extension begins.
