These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our cleaning services, including our website, and outline the terms under which we provide residential and commercial cleaning. By booking or engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Services
Borders & Beyond Cleaning Co. provides professional cleaning services, including but not limited to:
- Standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, turndown service, and commercial cleaning.
- Customized cleaning plans based on client needs and preferences.
- Supply of cleaning materials and equipment, unless otherwise requested by the client.
While we strive for excellence in every service, we cannot guarantee removal of all stains, buildup, or damages beyond normal cleaning scope.
2. Booking and Scheduling
- To use our services, you must complete our booking process and provide accurate, complete information.
- You are responsible for ensuring access to the property at the scheduled time.
- If access is not provided within 15 minutes of arrival, the booking may be considered a no-show and subject to charges (see cancellation policy).
3. Fees and Payment
- Service fees are outlined in our pricing structure at the time of booking.
- Payment must be completed before confirmation of service unless otherwise arranged.
- All payments are non-refundable except as outlined in our cancellation and rescheduling policy.
4. Cleaning Process
Our cleaning process involves:
- An assessment of your property’s needs.
- Delivery of cleaning services by vetted, background-checked staff.
- A service checklist provided to ensure quality and consistency.
We will always strive to meet your expectations, but final results may vary depending on the condition of the property and requested services.
5. Staff and Conduct
- All Borders & Beyond Cleaning Co. staff are background-checked and trained to perform services professionally.
- Staff will treat your property with care and respect.
- Clients are responsible for securing valuables, fragile items, and confidential information before service.
6. Confidentiality and Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for the purpose of providing our services. 7. Client Obligations
As a client of Borders & Beyond Cleaning Co., you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when booking services.
- Ensure safe working conditions for our staff, including proper lighting, ventilation, and access to water and electricity.
- Treat our staff with respect and professionalism.
- Notify us promptly of any concerns or issues so we can address them.
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before service will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service will be charged 50% of the booking fee.
- No-shows (no access provided within 15 minutes of arrival) will be charged 100% of the booking fee.
- Rescheduling may be done once without penalty if requested at least 12 hours before service. Short-notice rescheduling may incur a fee.
9. Liability
- Borders Cleaning Co. is insured and bonded; however, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or issues beyond the scope of cleaning.
- We are not responsible for damage to items not properly secured, unstable fixtures, or valuables left in the open.
- Our liability is limited to the value of the specific cleaning service provided.
10. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, please contact us directly so we may resolve the issue quickly. If the matter cannot be resolved amicably, it will be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, and any legal action must be filed in the appropriate court within that jurisdiction.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Please review them periodically to stay informed.
